Treasury Solutions Operations Analyst

TSO Analyst provides support for Account Analysis and sweep services with an emphasis on operational excellence and superior customer service. Provides support for processes and documentation. Contributes ideas based on operational and customer needs. Supports efforts in streamlining operations and improve customer service. Supports process improvement activity and a culture of continuous improvement. Exhibits strong customer service attitudes and values. Identify and escalate risk where appropriate. Complies with processes as documented. Provides assistance to colleagues and/or customers regarding processes. Develops and maintain effective working relationships with peers. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
