Senior Business Systems Analyst

The Senior Business Systems Analyst leads, coordinates, and supports the investigation, documentation, and potential re-engineering of end-to-end workflows within Commercial Operations. They will be responsible to review and identify potential automation opportunities in existing business workflows, and will recommend and facilitate workflow changes to support software automation.  In addition, they will be responsible to develop process and workflow automations using visual programming with low code solutions. Primary responsibilities include: Effectively and efficiently engaging with key stakeholders to evaluate current workflows and work-streams through research and fact finding, and identify areas of opportunity to create efficiency Working independently to identify and document business areas which would be most positively impacted by creating tools and automation to increase efficiency, reduce risk, and deliver for our customer Appropriately documenting functional and/or technical specifications as required and consistent with company standards and       our Change Framework Defining and supporting processes for newly developed applications and tools Managing system configuration / system settings processes to ensure fulfillment of business requirements and/or applicable application requirements Managing assigned project tasks consistent with project directives Identifies and documents risks, dependencies, and assumptions in accordance with project standards Qualifications 5+ years of robust experience coding in any programming language(i.e., Visual Basic, C/C++, VB.NET) Broad and expert technical knowledge with an ability to effectively communicate with non-technical stakeholders to report on project opportunities and progress  Strong ability to objectively evaluate a process and recommend a better way to deliver for our customers Experience documenting processes and procedures and translating them into workflows Ability to effectively communicate to all levels of management and leadership Self thinker able to work through issues and escalate only when appropriate Basic understanding of project management techniques and methodologies Expert knowledge of Microsoft Access Preferred Skills/Experience: Expert use of Microsoft Office applications including creating and executing Macros and Applications using Visual Basic or VB.NET Experience with workflow re-engineering using techniques such as Lean, Six Sigma, or another industry standard practices to identify key areas of improvement Data Robotics or Automation knowledge Experience in Commercial Lending or financial services Education:  Bachelor's Degree required Certification and/or Advanced degreepreferred Number189136

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
