Deposit Operations Senior Specialist

Description
Primary responsibilities include:
Processes customer date of death requests and complete RI and PA state reporting accurately and in a timely manner
Provide excellent customer service for internal and external customers
Retains ownership of customer issues and records any form of customer dissatisfaction into Customer Care and knows to escalate when appropriate.
Required to ensure compliance with department SLAs, policies, procedures, and/or regulatory and risk requirements.
Tracking of productivity, quality, and other requirements in an accurate and timely manner
May participate and help shape process improvement efforts for the department.
May assist in developing and implementing policies, procedures, and training materials to maximize efficiency and customer service.
Utilize department specific system applications
Qualifications
Required Skills/Experience:
2-3 years experience working in an Operations environment
Good customer service skills
Good communication skills
Good data entry and research skills
Education:
High School or equivalent required

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
