Description: Our client is currently seeking a Business Analyst 4. Document and identify gaps in IT and businessprocesses through process mapping to illustrate current and future / Experience: Bachelors degree. Specialization in Business, Finance,Engineering, Science or Math is desirable. 8+ years experience. Experience inmost facets of project lifecycle; proficient comprehension of projectmanagement methodologies; genuine commitment to project environment anddiscipline.
Experience in Information Technology - preferred. Skills andCompetencies: Ability to quickly learn organizational structure, businessstrategies and processes. Knowledgeable on business process modeling, processmapping. Capable of writing clear and well structured business requirementsdocuments. Contributes to the development of detailed level process maps tofacilitate requirements gathering, gap analysis and for training use. Abilityto resolve minor conflicts/issues using different tactics for prior toescalation. Work with team members to understand the needs of the project. Strongverbal and written communication skills.
Must have a strong command of theEnglish language written and oral. Strong facilitation and presentationskills. Major Job Duties and Responsibilities: Identify and analyze businessproblems and defines the scope of activities required to address the issues,including requirement definition, process review, impact assessment andoperational streamlining where appropriate. Is involved in all aspects ofprojects, including documentation of project needs, analysis/research of needsand possible solutions, identifying technology and business solutions,gathering, documenting and updating business requirements; reviewing workflowprocess mapping; developing business testing strategies and working withproject members to execute the test plan, recommending preferred solutions, andimplementing recommendations. Manages project documentation (implementationplan, issues log, process maps, etc.) and documents process flows and gaps.Assess, research, analyze and document sponsor/stakeholder needs. Supports theProject Manager in planning, executing, controlling and closing phases. Developand maintain strong relationship with business partners and internal/externalteam members. Identify issues and escalates/manages resolution as and provides support to the business with the processimplementation. Perform other duties as assigned.
Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm Job Details: We arelooking for a strong BA who can; o Drive and develop requirements, use cases,test plans(using HP ALM), implementation plan development (needs to becompetent with core skills)) o Is flexible and can drive resolution to theproblem of the day (shows a dynamic side and has an ability to lead) o Does nothave to be prompted for what I need next (can anticipate and is self-motivated)o Has an understanding of project lifecycle (not required, but a major plus considering the documentation required)

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
