The primary responsibility is scheduling service projects with customers and coordinating the work between our service crews.
Customer interaction is via phone, email and/or text message.
Service crew interaction is between phone, email, text message and/or Dataforma, our scheduling system.
This position also includes other responsibilities, which are highlighted below.
This is a full time, year round position.
Responsibilities:
Schedule service projects with customers.
This is done via phone, email and/or text message.
Create work orders through Dataforma, our service scheduling software.
Assign work orders to service crews through Dataforma.
Keep in contact with customers and service crews throughout the day.
Answer questions from customers and/or service crews as needed.
Submit completion pictures to customers using Company Cam, our picture sharing software.
Complete other tasks as required.
Skills:
Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Ability to learn roofing products and procedures.
Previous roofing experience is a plus.
Professional interactions with customers and co-workers is a must.
Ability to adapt as needed.
