This is a full time position.
RESPONSIBILITIESAnswer and field incoming calls - Providing proactive customer service & support to meet the needs of each individual client.
Greet employees and visitorsManage workflow and multitask while assisting customers over the phoneManage, contact, and schedule incoming leads from various sources throughout the dayStrategically set and rearrange sales appointments, as neededManage incoming and outgoing mailInput warranty registration informationInput customer project data into various databasesQUALIFICATIONSMinimum of (2) years previous experience in customer service/office environment preferred.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
