Job Description:
As part of this role, you will be joining the Corporate Accounts Payable team, Invoice Operations. This role is focused on reviewing a large volume of submitted invoices for compliance with the policy, researching errors for solution processing, and collaborating with multiple teams to ensure invoices are processed and paid in a timely fashion.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Research and resolution for invoices
- Review invoices are submitted through multiple systems including Appian, eLedger, and Oracle
- Assessing the implementation of new systems
Experience:
- Tasks involve writing test scripts
- Testing new systems based on business requirements
- Reporting breaks/enhancements and updating procedures
- SAP/ eLedger or Oracle Knowledge
- Project Testing experience
- Analytical Abilities
