Our Preschool teacher needs to be dependable, responsible, flexible and have knowledge of age-appropriate behavior in the classroom.
You will work with a co-teacher and share classroom responsibilities.
Knowledge of the RIELDS is preferred for implementing classroom curriculum.
We hold ourselves to high standards when it comes to caring for and teaching our students and are looking for a candidate with the same values.
We also offer performance-based raises in intervals after review with administration.
Duties and Responsibilities in our Pre-K classroom include:
Implement curriculum Share classroom responsibilities with Co-Teacher Read stories, lead a circle time, and lead students through center based play Engage in age-appropriate activities Monitor students playtime and physical activities Work with individual students or small groups to reinforce learning of materials and teach through play Enforce school wide safety procedures Supervise students in a positive and friendly manner Ensure classroom and learning materials are clean, sanitized and maintained Use our Procare app to report to families weekly Benefits Medical Coverage Dental Coverage Performance Based Raises Paid Time Off and Vacation Time Top Quality Teaching Enviroment iPads in all classrooms for producing weekly reports Personalized Planning Time Encouraging Team Environment Supportive Administrative Staff Job Type:
