Requirements:
Experience in dental field a must Capable of handling multiple phone lines Proficient in Dentrix / Microsoft Office / Word Knowledge of general dental procedures and the ability to help answer patient questions Experience in production scheduling for doctors and hygienists Experience in dental insurance:
co-pays / breakdowns / verifications Multitasking Working independently Excellent customer service skills
Responsibilities:
Pleasantly greeting / checking in each patient according to office protocol Scheduling appointments for doctors and hygiene Phone calls:
multiple lines, making appointments, confirming appointments Updating patient information / insurance information Manage schedule for patients on wait lists / short call list Insurance verification Insurance co-pays General front desk responsibilities and keeping surrounding area neat Hours / Compensation /
