Principal Infrastructure Security Engineer

DescriptionIn this role, you will be part of a smart and collaborative team working to identify, interpret, and help drive vulnerability remediation in our Cloud and Container portfolio.You will participate in the coordination and presentation of vulnerability reviews to development, risk, audit, and business teams and will contribute with a mix of hands-on technical work and architecture and design.You will be responsible for establishing the architecture and design for automated cloud and container security solutions and tools to support Attack Surface Management's mission of identifying and eradicating vulnerabilities enterprise wide.Responsibilities (but will not be limited to):
Serving as a technical leader and Azure subject matter expert for the Infrastructure Security teamManaging, maintaining, and supporting our cloud infrastructure security tool(s) including direct hands-on work with the DevOps & Infrastructure teams to drive remediationArchitecting and managing the development of security solutions into enterprise DevOps practicesBe a security champion - evangelize and drive the best cyber security practices company wideBuild a very close working relationship with enterprise service, platform, cloud engineering, and application development teamsReviewing and approving technical solution approaches to cloud infrastructure security problemsDeveloping and updating security patterns & user stories aligned with security requirementsEnvisioning meaningful security metrics associated with the cloud and container security program QualificationsRequired Skills and
Experience:
5 or more years of progressive security industry experience2-3 years of demonstrable experience supporting production workloads and services in Azure1-2 years of experience or advanced knowledge of cloud vulnerability management products such as Prisma Cloud and QualysTechnical leadership experience such as creation of architectural drawings, design documentation, technical approach review and approvalsExperience as a contributing member of an Agile DevOps teamHands-on development and integration of security solutions in CICD pipelines using technologies such as Jenkins, BitBucket/GitHub, or other equivalent stacksStrong Windows command line proficiency, especially PowershellSkilled in at least one additional major scripting or programming language (Python, JavaScript, Go, Java, C/C++)Working understanding of Infrastructure as Code or hands-on experience using Terraform or Azure Resource TemplatesAbility to present complex, technical information to a variety of audiences, both technical and non-technical, in written and/or oral formatsExperience with cloud-native architecture and cloud migration of legacy application infrastructureStrong presentation & communication skills (written and oral) Education and Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in related disciplinAzure certifications such as Azure Security Engineer Associate, Azure Administrator Associate, and Azure Solutions Architect Expert Hours & Work ScheduleHours per Week:
40Work Schedule:
Monday through FridayThis position is not available in Colorado
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Systems Architecture & Engineering, IT SecurityEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
