Business Analyst
Description The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for the set-up, maintenance, and support of clients who leverage Integrated Channel Services (ICS). The Business Systems Analyst performs a wide range of duties such as production monitoring, system configuration, onboarding new customers and maintenance requests. The Business Systems Analyst will work on projects and new payment initiatives across Commercial Onboarding and Payment Operations. Key Deliverables o Manage a pipeline of new client set-ups and maintenance requests o Lead meetings with clients to provide details on our specific product/services and gather requirements o Review clients' ERP system needs and determine what criteria is best suited to meet client needs o Supports multiple, concurrent work efforts across ICS including client setups, production and other initiatives o Participate in and support various new and evolving initiatives o Collaborate with and support business partners effectively o Ensures completion of end-to-end testing for all clients, including troubleshooting o Provide short-term post-production support and execute cohesive hand-over to Level 1 production support Qualifications 5
years relevant business experience 3
years payments experience Working knowledge of payment rails such as ACH, Wire, RTP, etc Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong desire to learn and develop additional skills and expertise over time, as well as drive process improvement Strong prioritization, organization and decision-making skills Ability to work through ambiguity and be a self-learner Ability to build relationships with cross-functional business partners Intermediate data analytics skills (i.e. inspecting, mapping, transforming, etc) Experience with the system development life cycle and agile project management Knowledge of payment file types such as EDI 820, ISO 20022, BAI, etc.
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
