Business Analyst Specialist

Description The Business Analyst Specialist is responsible for production support for the Integrated Channel Services (ICS) team, focusing on monitoring key business processes, providing level one support to research and remediate issues, and acting as a liaison with key business partners. Candidates should have experience developing relationships with internal business partners, working well under tight deadlines, bringing clarity to ambiguous situations, and dealing with shifting/competing priorities. A successful applicant will enjoy the challenge of each day bringing on a different problem to solve. Key Deliverables Monitors key production processes, ensuring payment files are processed accurately and timely Performs Level 1 support functions, researching and remediating issues where necessary Coordinates engagement of Level 2 resources and other key partners, owning the issue through final resolution Acts as a liaison with key operations, product, technology, and client services contacts Participates in key projects and initiatives, ensuring seamless BAU handover Maintains procedures and process maps for key functions across the department Qualifications Hours and Work Schedule Hours per Week:

Second shift, 4pm - 10pm ET Qualifications 3-5 years relevant business experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to build deep relationships with business partners Ability to recognize and resolve roadblocks/obstacles Desire to learn new things every day and challenge the status quo Experience with key payment processes such as ACH, Wire, Lockbox, preferred Prior data analytics experience preferred.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Business Intelligence & AnalyticsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
