Description The Consumer Operations Manager is a Service Owner role within Consumer Deposit & Loan Servicing Operations Organization that will be responsible for day to day management of multiple pods supporting Specialized Servicing functions across Loans, Deposits, and Credit Card. Areas of responsibility will include Regulatory Maintenance Servicing activities (e.g., EOT/EOD, Flood, SCRA/MLA, etc.), Tax Compliance and Year End Processing, Retirement Services (IRA), Decedent Processing, and additional support functions as needed. As Service Owner, you will influence and lead cross functionally throughout the organization. The Service Owner will build, maintain, and cultivate strong working relationships with their business partners, the leadership team, and external parties (i.e., vendors, risk, etc.) Owner leads daily senior leadership huddles with a focus on data driven capacity insight and analysis. Owner will provide active coaching to leaders while also engaging in day to day oversight of team management activities, continuous improvement, problem solving with a focus on delivery and execution. Service Owners are change leaders creating a culture of collaboration with a strong focus on continuous improvement. Owners participate in problem solving sessions with Service Leaders providing input on prioritization, providing guidance on execution, partnering with the implementation of solutions. The Owner will possess strong communication and execution skills. Owner will be capable of communicating the strategy for the team and the expectations for the execution of that strategy by the team. Owner will provide ongoing feedback to the team in support of learning and development. Owner will be capable of developing and delivering senior level presentations in both written and oral form. Strong understanding of bank systems, regulatory risk/compliance, and complex servicing processes across the loan and deposit products (including IRA). Solid understanding of Tax Compliance and processing with strong financial acumen. Ability to analyze and assess process flows and workflows to optimize financial processes while controlling risk. The operational pods are across multiple sites (Johnston RI, E. Providence RI, and Medford, MA); periodic travel will be required. Qualifications Required Skills/Experience 5- 10

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
